Tilly has spent more than a decade facilitating transformative workshops challenging violence against women and girls. During that time she has worked for a number of different organisations including Tender, Split Banana, Beyond Equality, and Everyone’s Invited. She has delivered workshops for young people and adults, including parents, teachers, and organisations including The Wellcome Collection, Southbank Centre, Cambridge University, The Foreign Office, and Lewisham Council. Tilly has been working with Kindling since September 2025.
