Cait has over a decade of experience of trauma-informed facilitation and training. She is a trained conflict mediator and support organisations with their approach to conflict and decision making. Cait has a background in HR and experience of anti-oppression work within Co-ops and charities. She holds a Masters from UCL in Gender, Society and Representation and her ongoing learning about systemic violence (and Nonviolence) informs all her work. Read more about Cait on her website.
