Luke Sellers

Luke joined the Kindling team in January 2026 as Lead Trainer. He works across all of our programmes and supports our team of freelance facilitators. An experienced facilitator and coach, Luke has a varied background that includes designing and delivering training across the sport, business and education sectors.

Much of Luke’s recent work has been focused on leadership development, and helping organisations build high-performing teams by creating inclusive and psychologically safe cultures. Luke has an MSc in Coaching and has also worked in higher education.
