Jess Herman

Jess has been a freelance facilitator for Kindling since 2023. With a background in youth work and health improvement, she has worked for the NHS and sexual health charity Brook delivering Relationship and Sex Education (RSE). Jess set up the ‘Sexual Health Circus’ in 2019 fusing her circus skills and passion for RSE. With a background in theatre and circus, she has been part of the wellbeing and creative team for two Welsh touring prodcutions focusing on VAWDASV (violence against women and girls, domestic abuse and sexual violence). Jess also teaches yoga  and is the safeguarding lead for her local wellbeing in the community organisation ‘Eginiad Cymru’.
