Nzwaki Adonisi is a chartered accountant with over 12 years of experience working in strategic roles within the impact, investment/finance, and consulting sectors. She has designed and led pan-African projects focusing on gender-based violence, entrepreneurship development, dismantling structural racism, food systems, renewable energy, education backlogs, place-based innovation and market creating innovations. She has delivered Kindling’s Bystander at Work programme in Namibia for DeBeers Group, Namdeb and Debmarine Namibia.
