Lucy brings 18 years of expertise from the violence against women and girls (VAWG) sector. She has worked across a diverse range of roles from direct family support to strategic prevention programming. Lucy has also worked with young people in schools, university students, and professionals across all sectors. Lucy has used the Bystander Approach for the past decade as a tool for tackling inequality in communities and workplaces, and in her most recent role she leads an innovative project delivering domestic abuse training to cancer professionals within the NHS.
