Will you Lead the Change to help make Wales a safer place for women and girls?

Play your part by signing up for one of our free online training sessions.

This two-hour taster  session will help you to notice harmful behaviour and equip you with the skills and confidence to step in and stop it escalating.

The first is on Friday 25th September 10.30am-12.30pm – book your free place here

The second is on Monday 19th October 1-3pm – book your free place here.

These are being offered as part of the Lead The Change Wales project – a partnership with the Welsh Government to end violence against women and girls (VAWDSV).

If you are, living working or studying in Wales you can access all these trainings for free. We also invite anyone who might want to bring our training  to their workplace, community group or sports team.

Wales Rugby Union (WRU), North Wales Fire and Rescue Service, Newport City Council and Dyfed-Powys Police are among the many organisations who have endorsed our approach.

All of us could witness potentially harmful behaviour and have the power to make a real difference if we choose to intervene. The training helps people learn how to do this skilfully and discusses how to overcome some of the things that stop people stepping in. By acting as positive bystanders we can have a tangible impact on stopping VAWG in Wales.

Over the course of two hours our expert facilitators will cover a wide range of related topics including the link between banter and abuse, consent, the law and the impact of the manosphere.

The taster sessions have a limited number of places so please sign up now to avoid missing out. Alternatively, if you would like to make an enquiry about how to bring the training to your workplace, community group or sports team please see our website page and complete the expression of interest form.

The training is available in a variety of formats including a one day in-person session, 2 x 3 hour online workshops or as a two hour taster. It is all free thanks to the Welsh Government funding.
